Ninfield Memorial Hall is our Village War Memorial for men and women who died in the First (&2nd) World War. Registered Charity No. 286695.
Seating: 200 (Theatre style plus 5 wheelchair spaces) or 120 at tables.
Facilities include: Entrance vestibule for receiving guests; toilets; fully equipped kitchen; plenty of fold away tables and chairs, large, uncluttered space; audio system; microphone; stage lighting and wheelchair access.

We have a large carpark, just off the A269 Bexhill Road, immediately opposite the slip road to Hooe, from Bexhill.

Recent research has revealed that the Hall began life in the early 1870's with spare materials from the construction of Normanhurst Court, on land donated by the Brassey family.

After 50 years use by the Cinque Port Artillery Militia, it was purchased from the Normanhurst Estate by 3 villagers as a Memorial Hall.

The Victorians knew how to build things to last, but the Hall needs income to ensure we not only keep on top of routine maintenance but can enhance the facilities to 21st Century standards. It's a Heritage building for us, especially now it is the Emergency Disaster Centre we are upgrading the facilities to ensure it remains fit for purpose.

It has the best stage in the area, so would be ideal for drama and theatre rehearsals as well as all the normal activities associated with a Community Centre.

Enquiries welcomed, we have space for up to 200 seated.
